Jake has had a passion for food from a very young age. Turning that passion into a career was an adventure he envisioned for many years while working in the food and beverage industry in CT’s finest Restaurants and Bars. That passion and drive lead him to become a formally trained Chef, specializing in creating authentic regional cuisine from around the world.
Adopting flavor profiles from Asia, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean Jake has created a fusion of flavors that will not disappoint and he will personally serve them up to YOU street style on the StreetN’Savory Food Truck! Serving Food in Full Color, always locally sourced, fresh, healthy and delicious Jake creates the perfect bite every time.
